Observation scale
Objective
Define the different values associated to the observation data.
Data
For each value in the observation scale, there is the following information:
Sequence number of value	Number used to order the different values in the observation scale. It is required.
Value	Text or code identifying the value. It is required.
Actions
Add values	The Add command displays on screen the desired number of lines to be used for the entry of new values.
Save	The Save command records the changes entered on screen in the database.
Delete values	The Delete command eliminates from the database the values selected on screen. A value cannot be deleted from the observation scale if it is selected for at least one element in the vertical axis of any student form.
Undo	The Undo command cancels the changes entered in the page.
