Actions
Import a text model The Text models command calls up the Text templates screen used to select one of the school's text models defined specifically for ISM. The selected model is imported in the letter-editing screen and changes can be brought as necessary.

If the model contains "replaceable labels" (keywords in brackets), these will be replaced by the values corresponding to the student being processed at the time of the importing.

Print the letter The Print command displays the letter in a screen used for paper printing.

In letter creation, the Print command does not appear. Save your letter first and the command will become available.
Send the letter by e-mail  The Send by e-mail command displays the letter in the Send by e-mail screen used to send by e-mail the content of the letter to the student's adults responsible or the student themselves.

At least one e-mail address must be present in the student record (father, mother, guardian or student).

The sender's e-mail address must be completed (personnel author of the letter, school or institution).
Save The Save command records the changes entered on screen in the database.
Undo The Undo command cancels the changes entered in the page.
